We are assisting our well-established client in locating a key member of the fast-growing, dynamic Marketing Analytics team. The Senior Solutions Analyst is responsible for the execution and support of new marketing initiatives.The Senior Market Analyst will work with management to develop standard marketing analytics reporting and support the execution of reports that pertain to campaign performance and segmentation scores. This person will be dealing with large amounts of data in order to ultimately make recommendations to better the business operations. The responsibilities are broken down as follows:Perform ad-hoc analysis using data from existing data, external or third party data to report on various business metrics including:
- Target market segmentation (by risk scores, demographics, geographics, psychographics)
- Segmentation/profile analysis (identify opportunities for enhanced segmentation by conversion and profitability)
- Competitive analysis (key competitors, volumes, value proposition, features, targeting, pricing)With this analysis, the candidate must have the ability to take insights and identify ways and means and recommend strategies to:
- Enhance campaign performance (improve response rates)
- Improve profitability/ROI through enhanced targeting/segmentation
- Identify new niche markets and propose testing strategies for these markets
- Enhance pricing strategy through testing
- Present to the business teams
